Juliana's Ballet Program
Juliana's is extremely proud to have Ms. Valentina Barsukova teaching Vaganova Russian Method. Read more about her accomplishments in her studio biography on Our Staff page.
In addition to her ballet teaching and choreography skills, she is an extremely talented costume designer and seamstress as can be seen from her beautiful and varied handmade costumes from the past performances of Sleeping Beauty and Chipollino.
Ms. V, as her students lovingly call her, takes students to Chicago every year to compete in the Youth America Grand Prix. Ms V's students have been accepted to Miami City Ballet, American Ballet Theater (ABT) Summer Program, The Rock School & Summer Program and the Universal Ballet Academy.
Our ballet recital programs over the past few years have included Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Chipollino and Snow White. Next June our ballet recital will be another "not to be missed" performance.
